South Hampton 601 - Ocean View - Shore Drive Section

It was exactly as described...a beautiful condo with everything we needed. It was very clean (Except for the floors making my white socks black). Location was perfect as well.
Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This is a great location, especially in the condo towers. The rentals have lots of room, great views and ample parking. Access to the beach is convenient. In our unit we discovered a leak from the AC drain and the rental company dispatched a repairman on Saturday night to resolve it. Other than that, it was a great experience and recommend North Myrtle Beach rentals as a source to find a great vacation location.

When I went looking for a place, I was excited to see that the same place we had stayed the year before was available. Location is great, nice pools, the beach is not wall to wall people. Very clean! A trash chute down the hall makes it easy to take out the trash. Well equiped kitchen. Two balconies so you can have a little alone time if you need it. The have a lot of books and some games/puzzles. The two bedrooms are on separate sides of the condo with their own exits to balconies.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our family vacation. The location is great and the unit had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Nicely renovated kitchen and master bath. We liked that it was an end unit on the 6th floor. It could use new couches and beds but that’s nit picking. The building was nice and clean with a renovated lobby, well maintained pools and grounds. Overall it is a nice condo. We would recommend and stay here again.

The condo was beautiful and in an amazing private community. The location was great. The only downside was the cleanliness. The floors had not been mopped in so long that our feet stayed black if we didn’t wear shoes in the condo. We would take a shower and have black feet 20 minutes later. The dirty towels from the previous tenants were sitting on top of the washer so we had to wash them also. The washing machine had some type of oil or some residue in it that got clear oil stains on half of our clothing that will not come out now. The elevators in the building that are supposed to be serviced annually have not been serviced since 2020 which is a huge deal. Again, the condo was great, we loved it. Would even go back to the same one if the cleanliness was better. The realty company was very fast and I picked up my keys and on our way in less than 5 minutes. They were very friendly. I imagine going from place to place cleaning, it is easy to make a mistake here and there. But the floor was the most disgusting thing and could not have been mopped in at least the previous several months if at all. It was swept and to the eye looked clean, but my feet showed different. Overall, loved the place. Plan on staying in the same community next year. Just hope the next one has cleaner floors.

We all really enjoyed staying here. Property was super nice and in a great location. Just a few steps to the beach! The shuttle service was very helpful as we didn't have a car.i would definitely other agIn!

Condo was well kept and very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen area. The views are side views of ocean but with 3 nice balconies. Only issue we had was with plumbing the toilets we slow to flush and clogged easily. There was also a water leak on floor above us. We were awaken first night and up from 1am till 5am with machines being brought in to suck up and dry out water. We had to deal with this from Saturday night through Friday. They were loud and in the way.

We are so grateful to have had such a wonderful condo to spend our week! The view from the balconies were just what I wanted to drink my morning coffee: vacation with a view!! The condo is beautiful! Newly remodeled you can tell with updated kitchen, floors, bathroom! The master shower is AMAZING! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has both a coffee pot and a Keurig which is nice! Freezer makes ice! Easy to get to the beach just down the elevator and out the door! Grounds of condo are beautiful! Parking is easy! Love the gated resort!

This was a pleasant experience for my family and I. The property itself was clean and perfect in size to accommodate our family size. The short walk to the beach was awesome so even if you forgot and item you could easily go back to the room to get it with no problem. The convenience of having a full kitchen and fridge saves us some coins when it came to meals. Overall we had a great stay. Checking in and out was breeze also.

The description of the condo with its amenities was spot was clean and well-maintained. The view of the ocean from the balcony was appreciated and a great place to enjoy a good book early in the morning. Two restaurants that are not to be missed when you visit are Umberto's at Barefoot Landing with its Pittsburgh sports lobby plus a delicious and filling dinner. There is also a german restaurant not far from Barefoot Landing on the other side of 17(sorry, the name escapes me).The food was excellent and we enjoyed the duo who entertained the diners with traditional German music (an accordion player and a singer).

Overall condo was nice, clean & convenient to restaurants/shopping. We enjoy staying at Kingston Plantation & have for many years. My downside to condo was sink in master bathroom was very slow draining & having to go to a realty company to pickup/drop off keys. Past rentals have keypad w/combo which is more convenient.

We have 2 teenagers so we needed space for them and also be in a location that was close to a lot of fun things to do. Kingston Plantation is beautiful in that you feel you are not in the Myrtle Beach crowds as it is set apart and very safe. The condo is very roomy and clean with a beautiful master bathroom. I appreciate all of the nice quality cooking tools and dishes. We all loved the views from both bedrooms and living room. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evening dinners listening to the waves!

The condo is located inside the gated private Kingston Plantation. It's convenient to everything but makes one feel secluded. This condo is very clean, nicely furnished and decorated. The owner should have invested 100 bucks for a Keurig coffee maker. The only thing negative is the internet speed, which is very slow (2-3 Mb/s) in today's standard. It is not enough even for one device to stream video. One has to pay daily to upgrade to a higher speed.

Renting this unit was the best! The location on the beach with panoramic views from every room was phenomenal. The condo was very spacious and well kept. We enjoyed the time spent and my grand baby loved the outdoor living space. We Will always rent from this company when we visit SC.

Perfect family condo. Everything as advertised. Clean and spacious and updated. Access to beach, pools, restaurants, gym, tennis, pickle ball all inside the plantation. Kingston is close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer

Our experience was good. The condo is not located near the major Myrtle Beach Pier, which is good if you want a more quieter beach experience. The pool area is very simple, good for adults but not much for kids. There is not much to do or eat within walking distance, but many things within a 5-10 minute drive. The condo was clean and well kept, although for six of us they only had 8 towels so we were constantly doing laundry. Overall, it was a nice stay.

The stay was great! Clean and Roomy! Picking the right place during Covid was important since we were going to be doing a lot of hanging out on the beach and the room since we were not going out anywhere else in Myrtle. Kingston South Hampton is always a good pick

Once we got to the condo, the experience was great. We were disappointed that the staff at NBR promised to call us if the unit was ready early as we arrive to town around noon. We showed up at 3:30 and it was ready. No phone call. Other than that it was great.
