Unit very clean and in very good condition. This is the 2nd year we stayed in the same unit and hopefully will again next year.

Great experience!
Booking through North Beach was seemless.The condo was very nice. It is on the 3rd floor and close to the elevators. It was quiet and the furniture was very nice and comfortable. The condo balcony is set back so there is some obstruction on the left, but not enough to be disappointing. It actually kept us from getting blasting sun on our balcony. We had a fabulous view of the beach. Go down the elevator and are just feet from the sand. No problem parking at all. It is very convenient to everything. Less than a mile from Barefoot Landing. We would definitely rent this condo again!

It was ok
We came during bike week, which I didn’t know that when I booked the place. Bikers were a bit loud during the night, but not all night. Unit itself was decent, but the cleaning could have been far better! And we checked in on a Thursday in mid May and still had to wait until 4:00 to check in so the unit could be inspected. Highly unlikely it was inspected for cleanliness. Also, be aware there are NO ceiling fans in the bedrooms, not even any box fans in the closets. There is one ceiling fan in the unit and that is over the dining room table. Also there is an indoor pool, but no outdoor pool. Overall the unit is ok, but probably wouldn’t stay in this particular complex again.

Great Location. Comfortable and Convenient. Would stay again!
What a great location. Quiet and comfortable and near many activities. Clean, comfortable and right on the beach. Great views of the ocean and a great indoor pool and hot tub on the property. Would stay here again.

Great room in a great location in North Myrtle Beach
SeaWinds #307 is a great room with a great location! Walking distance to Longhorn Steakhouse, Hamburger Joes and Nacho Hippo and just across HWY 17 from Barefoot Landing! Quiet end of the beach with easy access. Room is nicely decorated and ultra clean. Stayed last week of September and never had an issue getting an elevator. I. highly recommend this unit as well as renting from North Beach Realty.

Sea Winds Condo, Windy Hills section North Myrtle Beach
Condo is in a great location, property is well kept. Plenty of luggage carts. Shopping carts are an added plus for bringing up groceries. A couple things that would suggest about the condo itself. The two chairs along with the coach make the living room a bit crowded. Kitchen and flooring updated and was nice. NB Reality we’re fantastic at check in and out. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Condo was just as advertised. Easy to deal with the realty company and good location. Well furnished and all appliances worked very well. Overall very happy with unit.

Very Happy in MB
I was very happy with the property. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the beautiful views and access to the beach. The parking and location were great. I would stay there again. The only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses.
