Sea Breeze - 3rd Row - Windy Hill Section

Bed bugs suspected even after inspecting and not physically seeing. Had one crawling on me 1:30 am.
Dead roach in bathroom
Longe furniture was rusted through and dangerous for occupants. Wife almost injured herself when the bolt fell out
External shower hose almost useless. Hose was so kinked had no water pressure.
Hot tub had fault. Random guy had showed up maybe an hour after we checked in unannounced. Said he didn’t have the keys to the gate and left and never returned. The jets did not work or lights. The gate remained locked three days out of our stay so we literally couldn’t biomass walking through house sandy if we wanted to.
The entire shrubbery in driveway is ridden with poison ivy literally hanging down almost hitting you in the face.
Chairs in outside seating area for side room were broken to the point you can’t use them.
Bathroom sink doesn’t drain
Another random guy was parked behind our vehicles at 7am just sitting in his truck with busted headlight leaking oil in driveway. He said he was there to check out the pool . I told him the pool was fine and he left. Maintenance should notify occupants before arrival for young family security purposes.
The road needs some kind of speed reduction device. People more than double the limit all hours of the day!!!
Other than all of that we loved the heated pool. We loved the layout and stocked kitchen cutlery. TVs in every room for whomever while everyone gets ready was cool. Access to washer and dryer was nice. Of course the super close walk to the private beach was great!!

This is the second time we rented this house. The first time we rented there was a hot dog in the hot tub and the hot tub was never fixed. We thought it was a fluke and we liked the location. This Time the pool was never Cleaned and AGAIN the Hot tub was not working. The Pool had half tree limbs in it and they claim they come and clean the pool daily. It wasn't once cleaned. When we got to the home the cleaning lady wasn't even finished so we had to get in 30min later than scheduled. The chairs in the living room now have stains all over them and the master bedroom door you can barely close due to the terrible foundation. The Location is good but the house itself isn't worth the money.

This was the first time our family decided to stay in a house. We really enjoyed having our own space without having to deal with stairs parking decks etc. The house offered plenty of space and outside area for our family to enjoy some time together. The screened in front porch was also nice to enjoy during a rain shower.The beach access made the walk to the beach very easy.

Great experience. Pool and jacuzzi were cleaned daily by Joel, housekeeping came with extra towels, washcloths, and trash bags as needed. Staff at North Beach were super nice nd we were able to reserve this home again for next. Great location.

We ABSOLUTELY loved staying here. The house was very spacious, and we loved the fact that it had a pool and hot tub. We definitely will be coming back.

It was convenient, clean, spacious and everything worked. The backyard is very spacious. The neighborhood was very welcoming and peaceful. The whole layout of the house and location is perfect. Its definitely worth the price paid. I would definitely rent from North Beach Realty again. The kitchen was fully stocked of everything needed. The jacuzzi needs to be cleaned.

We love this house! Everything about it is perfect.. location is awesome ! Very close to everything! We have rented this same house the last 4 years! we love that we can walk to the beach .. we love that it has a private pool that is always clean! The only thing we would like to point out is that the grill is unusable! Same grill has been there for 4 years.. it’s rusted out so bad that you can’t put charcoal or the grate in.. we’re really hoping it’s replaced by next summer’s stay.. we love buying seafood locally and bringing it back to grill and enjoy there. That being said every thing else is always nice and clean .. it’s a very peaceful place to stay with your family.. North Beach is a fantastic company and I recommend them all the time! Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us!

We had a nice stay. The house has no number on the front so at first we had trouble locating it. We were
surprised that a number wasn't required by 911.
The house was nice, but when we arrived there was a lot of sand in the living room and and the two small bed rooms. It was a nice location and a comfortable house. We love Myrtle Beach and all the fun things to do. Thanks for a good time

Needs deep cleaning, some repairs mainly just TLC. Had a roach issue and pool was not heated when we arrived. Drains were slow. Pool area very nice. Overall nice house just need more attention. Repairmen were prompt once the weekend was over. Would have enjoyed it more if these issues were addressed before we got there. Wouldn’t recommend.this until issues are dealt with.

House was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room, everything we needed was provided. As others have mentioned, the house is in need of an update but that in no way diminished our enjoyment. We enjoyed the pool (although the water was quite cool) and the hot tub. But the short walk to the beach was the best. Would not hesitate to stay again. The folks at North Beach Realty were friendly and helfpul.

This place could have been the perfect one. It is close to the beach in a very quiet area. The beds were comfortable and the house was a decent size. The pool and hot tub were nice, but not thoroughly maintained as often as stated (daily). When we arrived, there were 2 used condoms on the ground near the hot tub. Also, the house was extremely dusty, an old bottle of half-full juice was found under the kitchen sink, and the loveseat in the Master BR sitting area smelled of urine. We didn't see any in the house, but saw numerous cockroaches in the backyard, that scurried under the house when the lights were turned on. We will not stay here again.

The house is in a great location. It’s a 2-3 minute walk to beach. We had 4 adults and 8 kids staying at the house. It did not feel crowded, and everyone had a place to sleep. Having the pool and hot tub right in the back yard was a defined plus and we all enjoyed our stay!!
