We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the Sand Dollar beach house. The pool was great for young kids as well. Perfect location a block away from the beach. Loved being in North Myrtle where it was quiet. The only thing wrong with the house was the leak in the back door when it poured it seeped in. Nothing that they can’t easily fix.

We had a full house but had plenty of space. The pool was exceptional with our kids and just a short walk to the beach. Definately an older home but totally worth every penny.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was pretty clean with the exception of some pet hairs. The water from the pool would come up to the back door so that was a little bothersome. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was in a great location to the beach, very easy walk. House was very clean and had plenty of space for our family of four and dogs. Kids loved the pool in the backyard.

It’s hard to find a rental that allows pets, let alone more than one large dog, and they often have breed restrictions. This location was perfect for us and our pitties. We had one issue with the fence, but someone was there to address it within 15 minutes of when I reported it.
Very clean, well stocked, and spacious.
The backyard has no grass, just decorative rock, so next time we will bring one of those grass mats for the dogs to do their business.

The house was convenient walking distance to beach. We have 2-7 mo puppies. The pool was nice but we had to have our dogs on leash at pool. There are rocks all around pool with lots of left over dog waste, animal waste, and leaves and tree debris. It would be nice if the rocks were removed and have some grass for dogs. There is no grass in front of house. The house was fairly clean but floors were dirty. Kitchen had new cabinets and appliances and stocked with dishes. No closets for hanging clothes except one bedroom. Bathrooms don’t have enough towel racks. We did not use the bedroom with bunk beds. It smelled musty to us and no rail on top bunk. When it rained, the door in back leaks at bottom. On our 6th day there,we had to take our male dog to emergency vet and he stayed overnight. The vet thought he had inhaled or ingested THC. He couldn’t stand and had tremors. We had to walk the dogs on the sidewalk on street. So the vet thought he had found some leftover in house or along street. If your going to advertise pet friendly then make sure that nothing is left that can hurt pets.

We have rented through north beach for over 6 Years and it's always a fantastic experience. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the check in process is quick and painless. Sand dollar was a beautiful home with a great location. The pool was maintained beautifully. We had storms rolling through a couple days we were there and the management sent someone to check the pool after the storms to make sure it was clean and ready to enjoy. The home has everything you would need and was very clean and comfortable. We have rented multiple houses through this company and always have had great experiences. We will be back in October! Thank you North Beach Realty for another fabulous vacation stay!We'll never rent from a different company.

Easy check in. House rental perfect location. So close to beach One story (husband in leg brace). Enjoyed pool. Kitchen well stocked with housewares. New kitchen appliances. Open living room dining area & kitchen. TVs in every bedroom. Great trip

Excelente casa para tomar dias de descanso, excelente la ubicacion y una casa muy comoda

Solo como recomendacion:
Suministrar mas articulos para el lavabajilla, por lo menos 1 jabon por dia de estadia.
La limpieza de la casa, si me parece costosa con respecto al servicio; la casa esta limpia pero una limpieza normal, no es una limpieza profunda y menos por el monto que se paga, debe de ir mas al detalle

Property Management was very helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service. Property was spotless. Only concern was a little goes in from the back door when it rains hard.

We loved this place. The location was great, we walked to get ice cream almost every night. lol. the pool was amazing and the house was clean and comfortable. I would put rugs at the doors so not as much sand was tracked in but other than that we loved the place. I would recommend.

Overall my family had a nice stay. The problems were addressed, but one of us had to stay there and wait for maintenance each time there was a problem. From the first night the toilets wouldn't flush correctly, a TV wasn't working, and the back of the house flooded. It was a very heavy rain. Luckily we were home and were able to pickup all of our stuff before it got ruined. We had to keep mopping the water to keep it from getting any further into the house.

We enjoyed the house and pool and the short 2 block walk to the beach. We had 10 people and 2 dogs and had plenty of room. The only issue we had was that there was no grass on the property for the dogs. It would have been nice to be able to just let them in the fenced in yard instead of needing to take them out on a leash each time.

Our crew of 16 had a blast at this rental for their high school senior week. The rental company employees were friendly and responsive. We paid quite a bit extra and the kids had to check out 1 day early since they were under 25 but totally understandable considering how other students damaged the properties they rented. We appreciated they rented to students and we could be transparent. Kitchen had everything they needed. Bathroom shower overflowed some so it was challenging to keep the floor dry but it is likely overused with that many people sharing two bathrooms. The location was close enough to walk to other senior rentals but far enough away to avoid trouble.

We had the best time at Sand Dollar! The inside of the house is pretty simple, nothing spectacular. There was plenty of room for all of us to sit and hang out inside, but we were rarely inside other than sleeping! The house was clean we arrived. The backyard and pool are what really sold this house for us! We had our own little oasis that we didn't want to ever step away from. Easy walk to the beach and not to bad to Main St. either!

This house has a great location-a few blocks away from Main Street and two blocks from the beach. It was not as clean as we’re used to and I was a little grossed out to sit in the couches.

We chose this place for the private pool (covid cautiuos) and ability to bring our fur baby. Everything we needed was available including washer and dryer (sweet). I would recommend having a swiffer for easy floor cleanup and pressure washing concrete patio area in the back would make it look a lot nicer. The pool was very clean.

We had a great vacation but this property did not meet our expectations. The house smelled so musty. It was very out dated. The bathrooms were gross. The one shower head was only for people who are 5 foot tall and we have tall people in our family. The rooms were tiny and left little space for luggage with the two beds. The one burner on the stove didn’t work. We had a group of teenagers beside us all week who partied all day and night leaving us unable to even enjoy the pool because we have small children and the language and drugs and smoke were inappropriate. The pool guy did not come on Wednesday as indicated he would so we had a dirty pool for party of the week. We did have a nice walking distance to Main Street which was great but we would never stay here again.
