Property location was perfect. Not too busy section of NMB was great. Nice layout for our three families. The short walk to the beach was very convenient for us and our 2 year old grandson. Backyard pool with kiddie section was great for us to relax after a day at the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property for our guys golf trip. 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 4 bathrooms (one in each bedroom) worked out perfectly. We were all comfortable and had plenty of room. The location is very convenient to many golf courses, particularly to the Barefoot Resort courses, which we played all of during the 5 day stay. I highly recommend this house to golf groups.

We stayed at the same unit with as last year with our high school baseball team from Maine. Once again, we were very happy with our accommodations. Check in was easy, the unit was clean, and it met our needs as a large group.

Great house, great location. Had no internet or tv the first night but they came right out and fixed it the next day. Beds were comfortable. Could use new furniture but overall it was good.

We had a great time. The house was clean the view of the ocean from the front of the house was excellent. Location was close to everything we needed. I would recommend and I can't wait to come back.

We had a wonderful trip. This is the second time we have stayed in this beach house. Plenty of room on the inside, plenty of parking space on the outside. Great location! Clean! Reasonably priced! Definitely recommend and would Definitely stay here again.

Ice machine wouldn't work , refrigerator had a terrible odor, microwave door handle was broken,
lighting needs upgrade (kitchen ok), furniture in
living area was dirty and needs replacing , some bed sheets and mattress pads were stained. AC wouldn't cool properly during day hours.I would recommend this property if all of this is taken care of. I had a GOOD conversation with Victoria at North Beach Realty after stay. Owners have good house , location and parking (with pool)just need to upgrade .

not the cleanest, frig smelled like rare meat, light in the pool did not work, ice maker was froze up and dirty towel pile was left in a bedroom closet.

We stayed at the property with my large family of 14. The pool and location were our two favorite things about the property. The public beach access was right across the street from the property. We felt very safe crossing the street to get to the beach, it was that busy of a street. We were also able to see the ocean from the kitchen! The pool was very well taken care of and the pool guy came often during our week stay. The 2 things that my family complained about was the nasty, fishy smell coming from the refrigerator and freezer, I contacted the property manager about it on day 1 and I did not get a response. We cleaned and sprayed it and the smell was just as strong on day 1 as it was on day 7. Lastly the roaches, they were found all over the property upstairs in the rooms and living area. Roaches are to be expected down south and by the ocean, but these were a lot and we never had that many at any property that he had stayed at in the past. Overall nice place some positives and some negatives.

We had a great stay . Convenient booking , friendly staff and attentive maintenance. It was our first time renting a house and using this realty company. Will definitely use again. The house location was great. Porch furniture needs to be replaced at some point. Pool was perfect for us.

Family vacation for a week of 8 adults and 2 children. Very roomy, great location with beach very close. Pool was a nice enjoyment to come back to everyday. Very quiet area. Everyone in our party made the remark to rent this house again when we visit myrtle beach.

This house was in the perfect price. You could see and hear the ocean from the front porch and it is directly across from a public access walkway to the beach. Everything was centrally located on one floor and we were all comfortable, we could easily have spent our whole week in the house and been completely satisfied. The road behind the house gave a safe walking option to local shops, instead of walking on the main road. We would definitely stay here again.

A very nice rental with great floor plan and a great location. Even though the house was located 2nd row you can see the beach and hear the waves. I would recommend this property to family and friends.
