Our stay at Ocean Marsh was perfect. The condo was roomy, clean and well equipped. Loved spending time on the balcony which had a beautiful view of the neighborhood, marshlands and the ocean. The condo location was extremely convenient. Walk to the beach or to Barefoot Landing. Finally, North Beach Realty was a great host. Very accommodating

Very well equipped kitchen, only thing I can add here would maybe to have something to clean stovetop with, other than that, great place and would go back again!

This condo was perfect for our family! It was extremely clean, quiet, blocks from the ocean and convenient to wonderful restaurants and activities on HWY 17. Would highly recommend this jewel!!

The view of the marsh is nice and the proximity to the beach is walkable. The condo is well-appointed and clean. The only negative was the dish washer had not been run and full of dirty dishes.

This was a family vacation for 12 people. My husband and I just stayed here as where the kids were there was not enough room for 12, had a good experience. place was a little dusty by TVs, a little mold in the bathrooms, it was dated, had an issue with the screen door outside, but they were there same day to take care of the problem. other than that it was a good experience for us.

The vacation rental was in great shape, well stocked for cooking and very quiet. My only complaint is that the floors made our feet very dirty. The pool was so nice and empty most of the time and we enjoyed watching all the wildlife around us. There was also ample parking and the elevators were fast. The beach was close enough to walk to (like two blocks down the sidewalk) if you wish, although it is by a big resort and kind of busy. I will also say check in was very easy and the people were so friendly!!

We loved our stay. Place was Clean, Beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you would need. Location was awesome! Communication was Great!

This rental was very clean and in a great location. It was within walking distance to some great places to eat. We loved the balcony view of the marsh and the ocean. My only complaint was that the pool was not yet open for the season. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a week in this very clean unit. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping, golf and using the pristine beach. The kitchen is well stocked and the balcony can be used to dine on while you enjoy the ocean view.

From the time of booking to check out, North Beach Realty was very accommodating and so friendly. They even allowed us to check in early. When we needed to extend our stay, there were no hiccups and everyone was so willing to help. The unit was spotless and immaculate and very spacious! Elevators, parking, luggage carts and even shopping carts to get where you need to go. The kitchen was stocked with things you need for everyday. Wow! It was definitely a home away from home. THE VIEW WAS SIMPLY AMAZING !!!!!! We would definitely recommend Ocean Marsh to anyone who is looking for a great space.

Everything was as advertised, it was a perfect location, clean, comfortable and relaxing. The view was absolutely perfect. I almost hate to give such a good review because I want it vacant when I need to come back which will be within a few weeks or very soon!

We stayed for the thanksgiving holiday and the view was gorgeous. You could here the ocean and it was nice to see ppl coming out to fish. It was very relaxing and so comfortable. I look forward to staying again. Thanks for giving us a wonderful experience for our holiday!!

This property had the pool closed while we were there; the pool area is also were the outdoor shower was located. This property was advertised as having a pool available. Big disappointment. We had no place to shower when coming back from the beach and could not lounge around the pool!!
If we had known the pool would not be available, we would have chosen a rental which had a usable pool. We had intended to ask for an adjustment to the room rate at checkout, but the office was closed at the time. Thank for your time. Sincerely, Richard Ranieri.

Quiet but able to see people fishing and crabbing from the bridge, fish jumping up and out of the marsh waters. Peaceful. Beautiful view of North Beach Plantation.

This is the cleanest rental I have used in North Myrtle Beach. I come at least 8 times a year and it is hard to find a clean rental that does not have smell. I will definitely be back. It is a good location and you can see the ocean. If I had children I would have been disappointed that the pool was not open and not told this when we booked.

The views of the marsh and distant views of the beach were great. The place is well stocked with everything and extremely clean. The location is relatively quiet and all beds comfortable. The rental management was great, easy checkin and great communication. Quickly resolved a very minor issue.

The property was clean and well-maintained. The property management company provided good customer service. One minor note, the internet service was not available during our stay. Hopefully, this will be resolved for the next guest. The property is in a good location, close walk to the beach. However, even though the unit is is on the 4th floor (top), road traffic maybe heard at times during the stay. We enjoyed traveling to the beach, visiting the stores at Barefoot Landing, Broadway on the Beach, Tanger Outlets and the Myrtle Beach Mall. The restaurants were open for indoor seating. We always enjoy going to the Sea Captains House, Ocean Front in Myrtle Beach.

We rented the condo for a week right as the beaches and restaurants were opening. Its a short, easy walk to the beach and has a beautiful balcony overlooking a stream and you can see the beach in the distance. The staff were wonderful as we ran into a snag with the wifi (and our daughter needing to get on zoom for school), but it was an equipment issue and not their fault. They came the next day and immediately took care of it as quickly as they could. I highly recommend this property as it is beautiful and comfortable and in a great place. We will likely use it again, if possible.

This was our second time to North Myrtle beach. We had a great time in a good location and even more importantly a clean beach house. There was enough room for our family of five and we really liked the space. The rental process was easy and quick. I definitely would rent and stay in this location again.

The master bedroom king mattress was replaced with a new, high quality mattress in February 2019.

Great accommodations - public parking and beach access very close-by - loved this! Beautiful views of the marsh life (and the North Beach Towers at night)!
Some definite electrical issues in the unit, especially in the dining room, den, kitchen.(worry about wiring?) Light bulb replacement needed in master bath. Electronics present and somewhat difficult to navigate, very outdated. Important for my guests so might want to consider SLOW replacement over time or something.
Pool closed with a sign that appeared PERMANENT- pool man didn't give explanation. Prior review of property stated the pool was closed for their stay. Appeared open for residents??? Conversed with a resident on elevator and didn't appear closed to her. Second bedroom's bath - floor dirty/sandy when we entered.
I will be back if I return to Myrtle Beach - love the area and felt it was a great place. Would recommend for family/friends of similar interests/needs. Felt like pricing was a little high, would love to afford a full week next year.
Would like info on a three bedroom unit as well.

There were identical ceiling fan/light remote control frequencies found between neighboring apartments causing operation issues. This has been resolved by reprogramming the remote control frequencies in March 2019.
