Sliding glass door was way too heavy and sticks. Vacuum does not work very well. Traveling from a distance, having beach chairs/umbrella would be helpful. Washer or dryer leaving black, grease marks on clothes. Condo close and big for our group. Nice and bright!

IT was a great place accommodate the size of my family very well, Housekeeping needs to focus on the bathroom more like the shower curtains, wash blankets more often 1smell like a wet dog, but over all was a nice place to stay. First bedroom outlets need check some works some not

This unit is very spacious, and is located in a great location. I had to call maintenance and they responded in a timely manner. The only complaint we have is that the bedding (Quilts) looks very old, and there was a strong odor coming from the kitchen sink (Maintenance put deodorant stick down drain). Overall, the stay was pleasant. We will stay at this location again. A must try!

Five day getaway to the beach. The property is conveniently located with easy access to the beach. We had no problem parking in the garage.

The room was well equipped and clean on our check-in.

Quick walk to the shops and restaurants on Main St.

Perfect location with access to beach, walkable to Main St which includes restaurants, etc. plus nice view of both pools. Enjoyed both decks with beautiful views. The condo was clean, beds comfortable, & kitchen well supplied! We’ve already scheduled another visit. Thanks NBR!

Your place was lovely. Nice and clean and very comfortable. The only problem was not enough pots and pans to cook with other than that it was great.

The condo definitely needs some TLC. Chairs are broken. The sliding glass door takes two hands to try to open the thing because it’s a problem sliding it. The refrigerator does not work correctly and we were told because it was to loaded that’s not the case. We had to push the dining room table, legs back in to straighten it out because they’re very loose.We were shorted pillowcases, and only given one dish towel one dish cloth, which is ridiculous For a week. The good things about it is the view was fantastic. The bedrooms were nice size. And the lazy river was a real hit.

House was in very good condition, clean, spacious and plenty of room for everyone. The view of the water is breathtaking. Very easy to get to the pool, lazy river and the beach. Great time and we will be back.

The location of the condo is excellent. Not only is it a corner unit on the first floor overlooking the beach, but it’s also close to lots of restaurants and shopping - very convenient. Being on the north side, it’s much quieter and less busy than Myrtle Beach proper. The condo was clean and spacious, and starter amounts of soap, trash bags, shampoo, etc. were provided. Stores are very close if you run out during your stay. My family loved this spot and highly recommends it!

I believe we have sent in a review. Rooms were clean and the bed rooms ,sheets and towels were setup the best we have had in Myrtle Beach. We did miss the patio and hoy tub.

Unit 101 was very clean, kitchen well equipped, nicely furnished, washer and dryer worked well, comfortable beds, good parking. Heated pool was one of the reasons we selected this unit for a November rental. Would rent again. Staff at North Beach pleasant and helpful.

North Beach Realty is the best
I have been using them for 15 years and we always stay at the best places. Customer Service is a plus Eileen and her team always make sure that our place is ready is clean it’s beautiful the best fuse I cannot say enough about their excellent customer service

Great location right on the beach! Perfect place for a large group. We loved the easy beach access, pool and lazy river. Security team was very diligent, ensuring only owners and guests were on the property. Interior of the condo was average...need to repair or replace chairs in kitchen due to chipping paint.

This place was great for our family vacation. 11 family members stayed comfortably. Condo is within walking distance to restaurants and shops on Main street.

We loved our stay in unit 101 at Ocean Bay Club in NMB. The ease of beach access and hallway outside the entrace door to leave your beach chairs made our stay convienient.
I would recomend upgrading the mattresses and both couches (they are too hard).
With these upgrades, we will for sure rent again!
