Nautical Watch 204 - Oceanfront - Windy Hill Section

Have stayed in this unit many times. It is excellent location Seems it is not being kept as well this time. Looks like maybe mold on ceiling but could be water damage but not sure since had dark tint to it all across the ceiling in hall to kitchen area. They have a dehumidifier in unit draining into the sink this trip so not sure what’s up. Maybe water leak from ac pipe who knows. Be careful for people walking in room. Man knocked once and then opened door so dead bolt doesn’t work since he has keys to come in and spray. This has happened twice in same building but different unit last time and last time was a maintenance man.

Overall it was a good stay and clean room. Smelled like mold pretty bad and outside furniture was broken and some things inside broken as well. Mostly just needs updated. The location was perfect for us. Located 3 minutes from barefoot landing we went down for a concert so it was perfect for our purposes. 20 min from broadway and 30 min from the boardwalk. Overall it was a great trip just needs some minor updates.

Overall, a very good experience. Only feedback for improvement would be to replace some of the worn out pans / pots.

This is a good spot for a couple to enjoy the beach. The murphy bed was comfortable and the condo met our needs. We didn't cook there - other than boil water - so not sure about folks who want to eat in. Air conditioning worked great (thankfully - we were there when it was hotter than usual) and the issue we had was addressed within 24 hours. Communication was quick and all interactions were professional. TV worked fine and the extra touches (plenty of hooks and cubbies to store our things - plug-in for recharging devices on both sides of bed - bag of ice in freezer) were appreciated.

This is the second time for us in this unit. We enjoyed it so much the first time we had to come back. The unit was clean when we arrived and everything was functional. We don’t cook in the room so I can’t comment on the kitchen appliances but the AC worked great, the bed was comfortable considering it’s a pull down bed. The furniture was all in good shape and the furniture on the balcony is great for relaxing. If I have any complaints, it’s the tarp overhead on the balcony (I assume so the people above you don’t drop things thru the decking boards on you) needs replaced. It has a hole in it and if it rains it drips. For this reason only I gave maintenance fours stars. (Also I didn’t call to report it so it’s partly my fault). And the people above us was very noisy (which is no fault of the owners or realtors) just be warned you can hear the people above walking and the balcony door opening and closing. In our case, both went on all day every day. And the people that week was exceptionally loud. Other than that it’s a really nice affordable unit in a great location, very close to barefoot landing and tons of restaurants. The reservations went very smooth and was very quick and easy. The lady I talked too was very kind and very helpful. I give the property management four stars only because when went in to get our key the lady wasn’t the friendliest person I’ve dealt with. She was still very helpful and did everything timely, she just didn’t go out her way to be nice. People have bad days so...... We would have to problems staying in this unit again!! We enjoyed it very much both times We’ve been there.

Nice area, great unit, great view. Clean unit with all the necessities. Bigger kitchen than other single bedroom or efficiencies we have had in the past. Will be back

We enjoyed our mini vacation to North Myrtle Beach. The unit is a little outdated but had everything we needed. The balcony is definite a fave. Watching the sun rise and sun set each day was amazing! It’s also a great bonus that it’s close to a lot of great restaurants (a few are walking distance) and shopping! We would book again.
