Marsh Villas I-1 - 2nd Row Marsh View - Cherry Grove Section

This year was our 3rd year at Marsh Villas and our 2nd year at this particular rental. Very nice - nicely decorated, neat, clean and just across the street from the beach!

Well-appointed 1st floor condo in N Myrtle Beach, half way up Cherry Grove marsh area. Great beach access across street, handy foot-shower, nice pool areas. Well-maintained inside hall corridor to a secure doorway — single gal felt safe here. Appliances all functioned well. Half bath off main bdrm was tiny but washer/dryer a plus. Main king bed foam mattress needs replaced was only negative. Not luxurious but a snug place overall.

We booked at last minute to take the kids to the beach, for a quick little break we came down for the Easter weekend, the beach access was literally steps away. Great place to stay if we come back to cherry grove we will definitely book here again. I will say we were a bit confused on trying to find out room but once we figured it out it was great. The kids loved the pool
It had two rolls of toilet paper and an extra trash bag to get us started. I also liked that it had a small bottle of dish soap and dish washer tabs made it nice especially since we were only there for the weekend.

We had a great stay in this unit. Overall clean, mattresses were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Loved having linens and cleaning included!! Do not leave shoes in hallway with beach chairs, we had a brand new pair of reef sandals stolen from outside our door while nothing else was touched.

This is a great condo for relaxing. Everything was neat and clean. There was easy access to the beach. We had the pools to ourselves. We were able to bike and fish at the boat landing in the canals. We will definitely return!

Overall, this property is nice and we enjoyed it. When we checked in, I noticed that the sheets on the king size bed had a dark hair on them. There was also a dark hair in the shower in the master bathroom. There were also red stains on the floor and a yellow substance on the edge of the master bedroom carpet. Also, the guide button did not work on any of the remote controls. Lastly, the screen door to the patio was rusted and off the track. We tried to get it back on the track but couldn't. It was too old and rusted. The parking lot is right outside the master bedroom, so you hear everyone outside (talking, car doors and cars, motorcycles and golf carts going by). Also, there are no curtains on the blinds in the master bedroom, so it is rather light in the room even when it is totally dark outside. That room needs curtains. Lastly, the mattress in the bedroom to the left of the master bedroom had a terrible mattress. It was soft, saggy and leaned down toward the ground on one side. A new, good mattress is needed.

My family and I had a relaxing stay. The kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for the children. We usually had the pool to ourselves. The beach access was very convenient and I loved not having stairs. The condo is tastefully decorated. I definitely recommend this condo and will return.
