Marsh Oaks 316 - Marsh View - Windy Hill Section

Overall this is a great condo in a nice gated community. We stayed for 3 months and it really became our home away from home! Kitchen had everything you needed. Beds were all comfortable and the view of the marsh is enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were used extensively and they were well maintained. I gave the furniture 3 stars because it was dated and tolerable. I shared this with the owners and I understand they have purchased all new furniture so I am really looking forward to returning next year and enjoying it! We could walk to most places, especially the beach! Would definitely recommend this condo!

The unit doesn't look as out dated as the pictures. There's alot of residents there that are nosey as **** some friendly just yo gather information. We stayed her for a week they acted like they've never seen African Americans on their lives. My favorite part is the monitoring of the pool and hot tub area, they want to monitor us while we enjoy what is included in our stay. One thing for sure they knew better to engage in their "authority" once you put them in check there's no additional passive aggression distributed. Our unit was nice and quiet, vehicles were safe behind a gate, close to everything! Each room has a TV but all of them are really small.

Unit is a bit tired but clean. Location is convenient. Keeps you away from loads of traffic noise.

This was our second stay at Marsh Oaks, and once again a great vacation spot. Close to all amenities, property was very clean. Condo was great, very clean and ready for our arrival. We used the pool and hot tub everyday.
Just an all around great week of golf and relaxation.

The Beach was great . The condo was great nice and clean.The back patio slide door It needed to be fixed they had a note on it stating that. The order for it had not come in yet. But that was the Least worry of my trip. It’s just there was a man who claimed he was a home owner there every time I went outside or to the pool. He would tell me I had to leave the Property. That I was violating the rules. That I had way too many people with me for the condo. When I didn’t. I have a father who lives in Myrtle Beach and friendS. He got in my face and my friends face just because they were there to see me. Every time I I turn around there he was or he was up on is Balcony just birdwatching. He was even walking around with a beer in his hand. He got in my face in front of other home owners that lived there who were also at the pool while telling us to leave the pool that we were trashing it. When we had no trash or food with us. Lol Then later when I had to go outside one of the other home owners came to me and told me not to worry about that guy not to pay no attention to him because he is just unhappy with his life. I said thanks to him. But it was like we could not enjoy our selfs because every time we went outside he came to us. I feel sorry for any other guests that stay there Because they would just be harassed. it was a nice condo but I know I will never rent here again it was not fun at all. We could not even enjoy our selfs at the pool. He was such a creepy man. And it makes me wonder if you he does this to everyone who stays in that condo.

We were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful view overlooking the Marsh. EVerything was very spacious and comfortable. It was accross the street from Barefoot landing and perfect for a weekend stay.
