Maisons-Sur-Mer 2105 - Ocean View - Shore Drive

2105 is a great condo, the views are spectacular! The perfect spot for two couples to rent, as this unit has 2 bedrooms each with a king size bed��. We totally enjoyed are stay here, but we did have an issue with one of the bathrooms, the tub didn’t drain properly, and there seemed to be an issue with the hot water running out, hopefully that issue will be resolved as for sure would love the rent unit again ��

We have rented many places throughout the last few years, and this is by far, THE BEST! The condo was gorgeous! It is updated, very clean, and the the views from all balconies were spectacluar. The staff at Maisons Sur Mer were friendly and the building and grounds are clean and very well taken care of. We will definitely be coming back!!

Wow! What a beautiful condo! Perfectly appointed with all the necessities and steps from an immaculate beach! Lots of floor to ceiling windows provides an unsurpassed view of the ocean and up and down Myrtle Beach! Restaurants and grocery stores are close by. North Beach Realty LLC constantly communicated with me throughout the entire process and made our arrival, stay, and departure very smooth and easy! Definitely recommend staying here!

The views are beautiful, the rooms are spacious. It is a great place for two couples to enjoy Myrtel Beach. Check in could be easier if you could just get the keys at the place, instead of having to go to the Realty Company. We felt there should have been better supply of coffee, paper towels, toliet paper, dish soap, soft soap for bathrooms. These are things people don't take on a plane with them, it is just a nice touch. Would stay there again, as was very comfortable.

Enjoyed the condo was perfect. Great view from the balconies. Enjoyed the pool and beach area. Would stay again. Very clean, quiet and security was top notch. All the security officers were polite and helpful.

The condo has wonderful views both towards the ocean and the inland from its two balconies. Fully furnished with appliances. We couldn't get the main TV to work with cable but another TV in the bar area was working and we didn't come for live TV anyway and the roku-TVs in the bedrooms had the sports program we looked for.

My only gripe is with the design of the Maisons-sur-Mer: the 24/7 means that you need the badge/fob to go to the beach, return from the beach, go from pool to the upper parking lot (only owners can access the covered lower one), etc. Accessing the car if you have a lot of beach toys etc becomes irritating as you have to climb elevators and swipe fobs to access the upper garage. There were other annoying rules as well which tied the hands of the otherwise very nice employees.

Management company was very responsive when we requested.

This place is as advertised. The views are amazing from everywhere in the condo. The only downside was drive 15 min out of the way to get and drop off the keys.

We enjoyed the condo, view is spectacular. Location is great.
Very well laid out. Furniture needs cleaning. Toss pillows in living room and bedrooms need replacing as well as the comforters. Looking very tired.
Both showers need to be cleaned of mold and new grouting. Toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms needs to be fixed, it is coming off the wall.
A thorough painting would not hurt.

Beautiful oceanfront condo! We loved our stay! Some things still need to be worked out (we were the first guests). We didn’t have hot water because the owners had turned it off and no one knew that it needed to be turned back on.,The requirement to pick up and return keys to the rental company was not ideal but would have been fine, except that I also had to go by the rental company to sign paperwork that was already electronically signed and agreed to in the VRBO app. Also, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom is insufficient for a week’s rental.
