Crescent Sands B2 - Oceanfront - Crescent Beach Section

The condo was very clean and well kept with easy access and parking as well as a wonderful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. The only thing missing was a kettle and dish drip tray for hand washing them.

Yes,I absolutely loved it. It was spotless, clean and decorated beautiful. I am an art freak and I really love the art. I want every one of them whoever decorated the place knew what they were doing. It’s very convenient to the beach and parking I can’t say enough good about it.

Great week! The unit is one of the best we have stayed in. Great location and very clean! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the oceanfront views. Our only suggestion would be to consider renovating the bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom is extremely cramped (I am 6'3") and could be reconfigured to increase room. We plan on renting it again.

The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. We arrived right at closing time and they were more than willing to check us in so we did not have to come back the next day. We were pleasantly surprised with the condo. It was spotless and beautiful. The rooms were a nice size. The groundskeepers were always working to maintain the property. The building is locked which made us feel very safe.

Our only suggestion would be to add additional chairs to the balcony which were not high tops. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and they became uncomfortable after a while.

Needed a recliner or two. Even though access to the building was aggravating during loading and unloading, we felt secure.

The view is spectacular and the condo was updated, clean, and as described. The only thing missing were the little touches, for example, we needed a rug/runner at the entrance to help stop the tracking of sand/water. (Even though we always rinsed off when we left the beach, a certain amount always seems to find its way in!) It was great not to have carpet though, it was much easier to clean the floors. There are only enough towels for two per person, so when you're showering a lot from the ocean/pool, you feel like you're doing laundry all the time. A few more towels, (bathroom and kitchen) a couple laundry baskets, a few more kitchen items, these things would have made the stay more convenient, but the condo is beautifully decorated and very well maintained.

Loved the beach view and easy access to the beach, great location. The secure access to the condo made us feel safe. We would stay here again. there were a few things that needed repair and once reported they were fixed (except things the owner will have to purchase), but these things did not discourage how much we loved staying here.

Had a great stay called and added to stay with no problem. Room was very clean and easy access to what ever you want to go. Great view and nice and quiet made for a great vacation. Check in and out was quick and simple would stay there again thanks.

The condo is is an excellent location. Right on the beach. Beautiful views. Parking available under the building, which was awesome! Access to the beach both sides of building. Condo was beautiful. Loved the balcony view! The kitchen has bowls dishes coffee cups and utensils. The coffee pot does take cone filters size 4-12 cups which are not supplied. You will need to purchase. The showers in the bathrooms a bit small. Did not care for the shower curtain in the master bedroom at all. That needs to be updated due to it takes up much room in the very tiny tub. The property was very clean. We spent a lot of time there on the beach which was awesome! Food Lion grocery store is just ab 2.4 miles just south of there. Everything very convenient to this location. Due to the issues with the small showers, I don't think that we sill stay in the particular condo again unless they update the bathrooms in the near future. Lighting in the bedrooms were very dim due to only lights on the nightstands. No ceiling lights in either bedroom. I can't speak for the other condos in this unit because we were only in this one. However, we had a great time!

We were looking for a place for 4 adults for a few days away. This unit was convenient to everything we needed. Groceries, activities, restaurants and entertainment were 5-10 minutes away. We had a great time. The street side bedroom got a lot of road noise (motorcycles) during the late night hours.

This condo is very clean, has a large oceanfront balcony, is close to everything. We loved it here. The only negative is having to go to an off-site office to pick up a key before going to the condo. After traveling so many hours, it would be nice to just have a code to the condo, to go right on in.

Loved that it was away from main myrtle beach area which was more congested than where our condo was. Highly recommend Molly Darcy Irish pub which was a nice 10min walk from condo. Great views and everyone very nice.
Condo was clean and felt safe! Look forward to more trips.

The condo was very clean when I arrived. I had problems with the air conditioner a few days before I left. They had the air i tech out within a few hours to recharge the system. It worked for a day but it went down again the day I was checking out. It was a little uncomfortable but not anyones fault. It was in a great location for me. I will be looking at the same condo unit next year.

This condo is in a great location with spectacular views. Thats it! The furniture is a 80's print fabric which I am sure has a host of previous guest nasty on them. The kitchen has the bare minimum to cook. The master bath, I am 5"6 and could touch the ceiling without a stretch. The showerhead came up to my shoulders. A 6ft or about person will not fit. The deck furniture is not for a family to sit and relax, and children can not sit at a pub size table. The rugs and carpet are not clean. The washing machine sounds like it is going to take off and fly.

The property was as shown in photos and description. It was very clean and well maintained but decor was dated. Obtaining keys at the office was quick. Daily time at the beach was fabulous with many dining options very near by. Hug a Mug became a daily treat. Would recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved the location, property and condo. A great value. Property owner could stand to have carpets cleaned immediately if not sooner. Had an issue with washing machine and property manager had someone there right away.

My family and I cannot say enough of how surprised and pleased that we were. We chose to do a last minute beach trip (booked 3 weeks before trip). We knew the building was older and were a little worried. We arrived and were pleased. Yes, the building is older but with that being said, they have taken good care of it. The maintenance team worked there butts off daily cleaning and ensuring things were in order. Another nice surprise was the public access to the beach right next door. It allows for those with wagons or wheelchair to access tthe beach without going far or dealing with steps. The condo itself was overall very nice and the pictures do not lie at all. The layout was very nice and allowed for privacy because of the set up and floor plan. Just a few heads up and/or recommendations. . . The washer and dishwasher are very loud. The washing machine sounds like a jet taking off. If you are a light sleeper, don't throw anything in to run in these before bedtime. The bedroom in the master could use a king size but both beds were very comfortable. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!
