Blue Water Keyes 1003 - Oceanfront - Crescent Beach Section

Location of unit was excellent! Everything looked just as pictured, check in was extremely easy and the unit was clean with amazing views. We lucked out with some great weather and were able to flip off the AC to enjoy the ocean breeze and sound of the waves and were able to eat all our meals on the patio. If we return to North Myrtle in the future, we would 100 stay here again!

I didn't realize until after I booked that we had to go by the real estate office to pick up keys and swim bands and then had to drop them off again when we left at the office. I prefer a keyless check in so will probably choose a different complex on our next trip. Keys were hard to keep up with going back and forth to the pool and beach.

Excellent condo with great decor. Had only two suggestions.
1. The table on the deck is too large and difficult to seat 6 people without hitting the doors or railing.
2. The mattresses were not very comfortable. They are spring mattresses that have very little padding. Change out the mattresses and we will be back for sure!

The location and condo were great! Our group was 6 adults and one child and it found the condo to have plenty of space. A few minor observations:

1. The mattresses in all 3 rooms were hard and uncomfortable. I have spent 20 years traveling for work and staying in hotels 3-4 nights per week. I can say without hesitation these are in the top 5 worst for comfort. Every adult in our group commented how hard they were and how uncomfortable they were to sleep on.
2. The height limitations of the parking garage mean tall SUVs and any 3/4 ton truck will only be able to park in the limited number of grounds level spaces which are hard to get. This limitation was not posted anywhere. Ground level has 8ft of clearance but all floors above are limited to 6ft 8in.
3. The master bathroom has a whirl pool tub. However the jets on the side of the tub had stains and discolored liquid dripping out of them. Not an issue for showering but I would not soak in this tub.
4. Two of the kitchen drawer faces were broken and at risk of falling off when you opened the drawer
5. The bottom rack of the dishwasher makes contact with the rotating water dispenser so nothing on the bottom rack gets clean.

I would definitely stay here again, if the mattresses were replaced.

Very nice, clean condo. The balcony was large and with great views. The condo was clean and well laid out.
SUV with rooftop cargo will not fit in the parking deck...Had to remove mine prior to parking. Warning poles hang to 6'8"

The condo was exactly like the pictures! The balcony was amazing., we ate every meal out there and the view was breathtaking! My personal favorite was the walk in closet in the Master which I turned into a prayer closet. Definitely will stay here again and will highly recommend! Check in was so easy and the staff was amazing.

Very nice rental. Great location, awesome having 3 full bathrooms in each room. Very spacious balcony. Good large space inside for the 6 people we had.

All the mattresses were very uncomfortable and seemed needing updated as the rest of the condo. Mattresses and maybe power wash balcony (black/dirty on ground) is my only negative and of all the guests.

This condo is beautifully decorated with a great color scheme and decor. It is spacious and everything you need is provided throughout, especially in the kitchen. The unit and deck are huge and fit my large family comfortably without a problem. The view of the ocean was gorgeous. It even comes with an Echo Dot which I was able to hook up my Alexa app to. I would book this unit again!

We so enjoyed our stay for New Year 2022. The condo was beautiful and everything was as stated when we rented. No problems during our stay (except the floors were a little dirty) but it didn’t stop us from having a great time. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo 1003 Happy New Year.

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Water Keyes. Our 93-year old Mother and her sister were with us on this trip and the condo was spacious and included showers (a criteria for any trip). It was also nicely updated and comfortable. In addition to the great ocean view, the deck blocked most winds so that the sisters could sit there for long periods of time. Management was very responsive to a couple of small issues that were corrected quickly.. We would stay there again.

We had the best vacation with the most gorgeous view! Except for a couple of things... loos toilet, rusted coffee maker & the dishwasher stopped working. When I contacted the agency they were fixed by the next day. We had an amazing time and would definitely rent again!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious, quiet comfortable and well stocked condo. The balcony was large and the view amazing. The property appeared well maintained and the location excellent in relation to shopping, dining and entertainment. Being right on the beach was the icing on the cake. Overall the level of cleanliness was satisfactory though added attention could be given to baseboards, shower heads and master bath tub jets.  We also would like to have seen curtains in the back bedrooms as the outdoor lighting kept those rooms very bright. However, these were the only negatives we took notice of and we would stay here again. Additionally, we appreciated that there was a small supply of kitchen and bathroom essentials to get us started.

Our family has not been able to get away for about 3 years, so really anything would have been acceptable. But this unit of BWK was really very nice. The pictures didn't lie and it had plenty of space. We were pleased and would return again.

Nice location, worked well for family. No detail to c!eaning. No toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. 2 garbage bags for a 4 day stay. Floors were extremely dirty.

Property was nicely located directly on the beach and close to food and activities. Nice kitchen (fully stocked), nice size balcony, loved the glass balcony, and new furniture. The mattresses, pillows and bedding were not the best quality. The water pressure in the two additional bathrooms were so low, we all shared the master bath. Baseboards, walls and concrete on balcony need a good cleaning! Not sure how that is not standard with a $215 cleaning/linens fee! Overall, nice condo for the price, just needs cleaned better.

I decided to take all 5 of my grandkids to the beach for a long weekend since 2 of them were here from GA. We had a really good time. The place was large enough for all of us. Having 3 bathrooms was perfect and the large kitchen and bar made life easier. Oh! And the balcony, we loved the balcony!! My only complaint were the beds, not comfortable at all ��. But we will stay again.

The apartament is well maintained and enjoys perfect views of the beach, ocean, and pool area. Amenities are up to date. Building is clean and secure, parking plentiful. Close to shopping.

The unit was extremely clean on arrival. Bright and welcoming with a fantastic view. We enjoyed our days on the beach which was easily accessed and convenient. The pools were closed during our stay as a result of COVID-19 but they were clean and maintained each day. We enjoyed the balcony and ate breakfast there every morning. Highly recommend this unit and management company. Absolutely the most enjoyable beach stay. I would rent this unit again with no hesitation.

Condo is beautiful. Location is awesome. Building's amenities are wonderful. The management company was the most disappointing part. The condo has only dishes and appliances so cupboards are bare. They provide only a partial list of items you need to bring with you, meaning you have to shop profusely when you arrive (hand soap, tin foil, storage baggies, olive oil, etc.). We were also greeted with a dryer full of someone else's towels and a dishwasher full of someone else's dishes. Didn't expect to do so much housework on vacation while paying a sizeable cleaning fee. The person we spoke with at the company was less than helpful upon each interaction and conveyed the distinct feeling that we were a nuisance to her. Disappointing interactions all-around and recommend you book your stay with someone else.

This property was the cleanest we have ever stayed in at N. Myrtle Beach. It was beautiful. If I could make suggestions, I would have maid service one time during the stay, then again at the end and/or a few more supplies provided (i.e.washing detergent, more kitchen towels, Windex, etc) We bought quite a few needed household supplies while there.

Rental was super clean. Pictures represented reality. Plenty of space and views of ocean were awesome. Parking was very convenient and pool and lazy river was clean and easy access.

First, the location and the building are very nice. There is a parking deck conveniently in the building and 2 fast elevators. The pool and lazy river were a big hit for my 9 year old. It never got really crowded at the pool no matter what time of day. Easy access to the beach and there is a chair/umbrella rental on the beach that will set up for you daily if you don't want to lug your own. The condo looks like they just refinished it - we felt like we were the first ones to stay there. Everything was very clean except the floors were a bit grimy, but I think they just redid the tile floor and it may be residue from grouting. There was also some work being done to the sprinkler system apparently. There was a piece of drywall removed and some patchwork done but it didn't bother us at all. The space is bright and nicely decorated. The kitchen has brand new appliances and had all the basic kitchen stuff you need. The furniture was brand new and comfortable - plenty of seating for everyone. My dad especially loved the recliner. Nice sized balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. The master bedroom suite was perfect except the TV wasn't working - I reported it and they responded quickly but we did not want to bother to have it fixed while we were there. The larger bedroom with 2 queen beds was a nice size. The smaller bedroom still has plenty of space for 2 people. Our only complaint about the small bedroom is that the window opens to the exterior hallway and there is a very bright security light that made it look like daylight even with the blinds closed at night. Overall, the place was great and exceeded expectations. We've stayed at other places in North Myrtle Beach and this was by far the nicest. I'd highly recommend it!
