The vacation rental was clean and very spacious. It has a great location and a beautiful view. I will definitely go back there again.

The condo was beautiful and clean. It had all the necessary kitchen implements for us to cook dinner in our condo. It even had a Keurig and a wonderful air fryer! We really enjoyed our stay - it was over too soon. North Beach Realty staff were great tonsure with, very friendly and efficient check in and check out process.

We had a very nice time. The apartment was clean and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. I was a little disappointed with the pool. I should have checked to see if there was an indorse pool as it was very cool that week. The balcony was oceanfront and lovely.

This property needs updates - very tired floors, carpets, beds, pillows. It was fine but there are nicer units in the building that I would choose instead. I also do not want to stay above 8D again which is managed by a different company (Elliot) that does not require their renters to follow building rules. There is no smoking in condos or balconies and the guests below us smoked almost constantly. Our "family room" area reeked of cigarettes anytime we opened the slider to enjoy the balcony or beautiful May weather. There are many units in this building that are full time residences or managed by more responsible companies and I would prefer to stay near those.

This property has a great beach front view! 9th floor, extremely fast elevators and shopping carts & luggage carts located in the small parking garage on the ground floor! That was a huge help getting all of our supplies to the condo in one trip! The parking is limited but there’s a parking garage across the road. The condo could use some updates...the linoleum is peeling off and the carpet has stains but overall our stay was quite enjoyable! I would stay here again!

We loved the area, the condo is right on the beach and chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. The layout of the condo was perfect for us and we enjoyed relaxing on the patio. The inside of the condo needs some serious work/updates and a very good cleaning. The property management company was very easy to work with. The vents in the ceilings had black stuff all around them not sure if it was mold or just dirt.

We rented this condo to celebrate my mom's 93rd birthday. She was so surprised with how wonderful it was and wants to make this an every year event. She thoroughly enjoyed it.

Quiet, calm and relaxing but a just few minutes to all the excitement and foods you can handle. Easy walk to the beach. Well equipped with everything you would need.

Windy Hill is a great place to vacation with the family. The rental is convenient to the beach and has great views. Parking under the unit is limited and the parking deck across the street was being repaired so parking was limited there also. The unit itself was comfortable but could use some updates to the flooring and kitchen. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay.

The rental was great, location was fantastic. Overflow parking across the street was a godsend. Wood flooring shows a bit of water damage but other than that everything was wonderful.

the unit is showing a little wear
there was a kitchen water leak that was happening for a time period that caused the kitchen floor to to buckle up. All floors need replaced. carpet new mattresses would be nice & new bathroom shower heads. All in all we had a good time. Next time we will cone down in June warmer weather!!

I had a really good experience while staying in the condo. My guest were happy and the atmosphere over the beach was awesome.I truly have no complaints. The leasing company was nice and provided me what I needed.

Overall, it was a great place to stay however, the flooring in the kitchen/hallway needs some major updating. It is starting to buckle/pull up.

Nice location and close to beach. Beautiful view. The condo needs repainting and updating but was basically clean. A lot of kitchen utensils/pans need replacing. The beds were comfortable.

Very nice condo! Loved the sliding doors and listening to the waves from the condo. Beds comfortable; place was clean and comfortable - except the kitchen. Pans in cupboards were greasy dirty - needed to be washed before using; no decent sharp knives; only 2 wine glasses but short juice glasses work; pretty light on drinking glasses. Good amount of plates, bowls and cups.

Letters on doors are mostly not visible until you're a few inches from knocker. outside hall lights are missing near this condo; have your phone flashlight handy.

We had an amazing time! Best stocked kitchen that I've ever seen. Nice and clean. Sliding glass door from living room was a little difficult to open and shut....but it wasn't a big deal to us. We would stay here again.

This is a beautiful, clean, fully equipped condo. It is on top floor and the best view of ocean from terrace. Walk outside front door & elevator takes you right down to beach. Close access to great restaurants, shopping, boardwalk, theatre, golf, entertainment, etc. Wish I could have stayed in this rental for a lot longer. Best vacation ever!
