This was a great place for my husband and I. Every year we go to NMB for our birthdays. This was a roomy place and we had a great week.

We had a great stay. The unit was dated but clean. Beds were comfortable but sheets were scratchy.

They provided absolutely nothing. Not a roll of toilet paper, any dish soap or dishwasher soap, washing machine soap, nothing. Small things make a big difference and are inexpensive for owners. Putting an umbrella and a few beach chairs in the closet would be so inexpensive and make it a great experience. Having to rent or buy all your beach stuff (if you traveled by air) is such a hassle.

The dryer didn't work well.

The pools were clean and the ocean is wonderful. Sitting on the balcony with its beautiful view was delightful. Unit is convenient to Myrtle Beach to go to the Aquarium and other activities.

The property was pretty much like the pictures but a bit more dated. Beds could have been a little more comfortable, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Minor issues we had were taken care of right away. Loved the closeness to the beach and the pool area / lazy river were very convenient. Overall a good first trip.

The place was beautiful, just as in the pictures! Great balcony with unobstructed ocean views. Great space, clean and well decorated. Amenities were great between the lazy rivers, pools and food and drink options galore. Would definitely recommend and stay again

BayWatch is a very nice property! Lots of pools. Had pool events/music a couple days we were at the pool which was enjoyable. Staff was always cleaning the main lobby and bathrooms and did a great job! Our condo was beautifully decorated and partially remodeled. Location was nice, residential with nice sidewalks for a walk or run. Within driving distance from many restaurants, stores and about 11 miles from main Myrtle beach. Beach beautiful and clean. Water activities available nearby, massage table set up on beach, beach chair/umbrella rentals offered through city (pricey esp if have a family). My only con- exercise room. Needs to be bigger or scale down the cardio equipment (people can run/walk outside) and make the weight room larger. Every time I went in there, the weight room side was crowded and 0-1 person doing cardio.

The process of reserving this unit for our short vacation was easy. The unit description was just as advertised, very clean and a great location. View was beautiful. The Bay Watch staff were extremely helpful, professional and always pleasant.

Beach front balcony, ocean views, and outdoor pools and spas were excellent. Overall cleanliness of condo was good. However, the mattresses on the beds
are quite worn and need to be replaced as they were not very comfortable (this was by far the biggest negative about this condo). Also, the toilets are not chair-height and are somewhat dated and could be replaced. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the property is great, as it is close to many restaurants, stores, etc...

We were thrilled with our accommodations in Myrtle Beach. The condo itself was beautiful and perfect for our needs. We had an ocean front unit with a glorious view of the beach. Because we were there during Hurricane Ian we were able to safely observe the churning of the ocean from a safe distance 10 stories up. The facility itself was wonderful and was located near many attractions and wonderful restaurants.

Our stay was awesome. Very nice condo. Beautiful views of ocean. Only complaint I have is that we woke up one morning and our door was open and they were painting it. (HOA Requirement). We received no notice and when I called rental company they didn’t know about it either. This should have never happened. Other than that everything was awesome.

We were very pleased with our stay at Baywatch Resort. The condo was nice and clean. The elevators were fast. The beds could have been more comfy.

Excellent facilities, beach was clean, pool areas were great and well kept. The guys taking care of the pool areas and clean the beach in front of the buildings did an awesoe job.
The room was clean and updated.
The only complaints we have are the beds are not comfortable, and please get a Keurig coffee maker.

My wife and I stayed at this condo for 4 days. It was everything as described. The condo was clean, well appointed, and well maintained. The view and balcony were fantastic. We could see everything around from the 10th floor. The pools and amenities in the resort were wonderful. The only surprise was that the restaurant was only open a couple of hours for breakfast. But, all else was fully functional and well maintained. All things considered this was a good place to stay and we would come back again.

Everything was OK. The patio door in the living room was impossible to clean. Water was leaking within the glasses. As it was inside we could not clean. When sun was there if was more visible. I would say it is the only thing. The rest was good.

This condo was well decorated and clean. Plenty of space with large bedrooms. Nice patio furniture really makes a difference when you spend most of your time on the deck.

We had an absolutely great experience staying here . It was clean and loved the decor . Looks exactly like the pictures . The beds and couches were comfortable. We were impressed with all the kitchen supplies . It had everything we needed. The view was perfect. Loved how you can see the ocean even from the kitchen and even from bed. The resort staff was friendly and kind .
The only thing that confused us was when first arriving we did not know that we had to check in at the realty office which is a different location . It might have been in the paperwork or emails but I honestly couldn’t find it when I looked at it again after the fact . But either way , the staff let us know and we googled the address , it was just a few minutes away .
It’s already been a couple days since we left and I keep feeling “home sick “ lol the place felt like home so quickly , I already miss it . Thank you for having us.

The condo had sticky fingerprints on the windows, candy wrappers under furniture, and grit on the floor. This would be bad under any circumstances but it was especially disturbing in the time od Covid. The resort needs an update. We were disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was great. Our only complaint was there wasn't a iron, and we had 9 guest and was short towels. But those are minor complaints. The stay was fabulous

The unit was in a great location and very spacious! The unit could use some updates but for the most part was clean, kitchen nicely stocked and overall well cared for. The master bath shower curtain desperately needed replaced as there was mold in several places. Also, the wall outside the shower appeared to have a major mold spot. The resort, however, needed some work. We have stayed here several times but this time we felt the maintenance and cleanliness of the common ours was not being taken care of. There was trash and debris around the pool deck and beach paths daily. The hot tubs did not seem to get cleaned at all during the week and one was not functioning correctly but still in use.

The view was amazing, check-in and check-out were terrific. Very nice stay. Property was clean except the tub in Master needed a good cleaning around the jacuzzi filter. Only complaint was the couch in the living room desperately needs to be replaced. All of the support was gone.

Our stay in this Condo was excellent. The Condo has a great location with an awesome view of the ocean. Very nice and large rooms. The Condo was very clean. Absolutely loved all the swimming pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers. Would defiantly stay here again and hope to be back next year. North Beach Realty is an awesome rental company.

Bay Watch is GREAT... if you want relaxing time going to the beach and pool. The lazy river is the BEST. This condo was perfect for us. I would recommend bringing DVD's for movies because TV selection not good. Also I didn't realize there was extra blankets and pillows in the closet until I was leaving. You CAN use the cart to bring your bags up - I was told from Realty Co that I couldn't - but after my 3rd trip - security guard allowed me to use the cart.

We absolutely loved our condo & all of the amenities of the resort...the view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful..we would like to make a couple of recommendations..1st the couch in the family room needs to be replaced & maybe replace the 2 chairs by the couch..upon sitting on it, we just sunk. Very uncomfortable..6 of us piled up in the MB to watch TV...that's not really a complaint bcuz it was nice having all of my kids (actually young adults) cuddled up..2nd thing we would recommend is new beds..just couldn't sleep a solid night bcuz every time someone moved the bed squeaked...we never used sleeper sofas..condo had amble room for a family of 6..Tiki bar outside had great drinks..restaurants had AMAZING food..loved the pools, lazy river & all of the hot tubs..wasn't overly crowded..Overall we had an absolute amazing time..Definitely recommended

The over all resort was nice but room was a little dated. The sofa has seen better days and the wash machine was so loud you needed to leave condo during washes. The rest of the condo was nice, beds were comfortable, big screen TVs and well equipped kitchen. Overall had a nice stay...

We always enjoy our beach vacation but the unit rented wasn't quite up to our expectations. The unit is in desperate need for some new furniture, mattresses and blankets. The family room couch looks nice until you sit on it, you fall into the couch. Went to put blanket on the bed and holes in blankets. Very disappointed in the kitchen supplies. Minimal cooking utensils and very little serving items such as bowls. Not sure if there was even a full set of silverware. The unit was somewhat clean but floor appeared dirty, went to mop and all they had was a swifter with one dirty pad, couldn't even mop. The freezer was broken and took 2 days to fix, however the rental agency did get someone to look at it. Overall Baywatch a good resort but would not return to this rental.

Needs new sofa (smells and is completely wore out) and chairs in living room are dirty. Beds in small bedroom need new mattresses. Balcony furniture needs replaced all rusty. We got rust on our clothes. Coffee pot leaked, We love the location. Outside of sofa and living room chairs everything was clean.

4 senior citizens decided they needed a break from winter and came in search of sun. Unfortunately we only had 3 days of sun, but that didn't really matter. The condo was very comfortable, even during a shower or two. We sat on the balcony and watched the waves and I especially liked the dogs on the beach. We had a hot water issue the first day but maintenance fixed it immediately. Everything we needed was there and the unit was spotless. My only small complaint was we could not rent a movie from the lobby because we did not rent frtom Baywatch.
The restaurant and bar on the premise was great. We have stayed here before and probably will again.

We had a great stay! The room was very clean and well taken care of! The only problem we had was that the hotel itself gives different colored bracelets to guests who do not book through them. Therefore, our child was turned away from participating in the pool activities in the afternoon.

Great experience with North Beach Realty! Property hall had very bad odor, almost unbearable at times! Made complaint to front desk but they didn't seem concerned since we were not renting directly from them. Overall property had nice amenities. Would love to see a barbaque area!

The condo at Bay Watch was very spacious for our group of five and a baby. We weren't crowded. The decor was very be beachy and had all the amenities we needed to stay the week. The location at the resort was perfect as it was near the end and was very quiet. The desk staff and valets were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time! The Condo was clean and everything was in working order for the most part. Pots and pans could use an upgrade and the refrigerator temperature knob was a bit problematic, but we made due. Parking situation was also a pain (parking ramp). We have always vacationed in the OBX so this was a little more "busy" than we were used to, but the beach was clean and the water was nice. Overall, I would say that it was a good experience and a nice condo but if your looking for "less busy", OBX may better suit you.

The pools and lazy river were great. Lots of chairs but you have to get to the pool early to get one. The unit itself was dated and average. Floors and toilets didn't seem to be too clean and kitchen should have had more dish towels. Dishes and silverware had to be washed before use. Overall it was okay, I just expected more updates, and better cleaning for the price.

There is one negative and that's the fitness center. The machine is old and not in good working order. In fact it is dangerous. It must be replaced. The dumb bells need replaced because only one weight has a match 40 lbs. The mirror is broken and taped. This needs to be replaced also

We had a great stay for spring break at Bay Watch. Everything was clean, staff was friendly. Great view, elevators came quickly, plenty of hot water in the shower, with good water pressure. My only slight negative feedback was the kitchen was very dusty, even the dishes in the cabinets. We just ran everything through the dishwasher and gave the coffee maker, etc. a good wipe-down. However, North Beach apologized and did what they could to make us feel taken care-of.

This was our first experience with this property manager and resort. The property was very clean and comfortable. The realtor was very accommodating when we needed to reschedule. The only slight negative was that the only lock on the door was the deadbolt. The doorknob did not even have a latch. Other than that, it was great.

This is our second time staying at Baywatch. We try to stay here if we are at the beach during September when the beach is typically less crowded. We have three small children and the access to the various outdoor and indoor pools is great (especially since a few days were chillier and wet). An added bonus, they provide pool towels! I didn't take advantage of those as much as we should have but what a nice accomodation. Also, our in room towels were soft, unlike most hotel towels! Loved that! The two things that weren't as convenient for us were the parking garage (dealing with 3 carseat children) and we felt awkward going into the main lobby to get to our condo. Last time we were in the North tower and that felt a little bit more comfortable. All in all, we would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful week at Baywatch! Rental with North Beach was simple and seamless and the amenities were great. Great beach and several wonderful pools were well used by our crowd. The condo was clean and just as advertised. Overall we had a great experience!
