Tradewinds 3B - Oceanfront - Windy Hill Section

Great place to stay. The rooms were clean, beds slept good and each room had plenty of space. Enjoyed it very much.

We had a great fun filled vacation. The condo was excellent. Hope to return next year. The only thing we found troubling was the AC. It was ice cold in the Master Bedroom when it was comfortable everywhere else.

We stayed at the tradewinds the last week in June. We were able to get in a little early, which was amazing since we had our two year old who was VERY ready to get out of the car. The location is amazing. In a slower part of North Myrtle. We didn’t have to fight for beach space and it’s close to everything you need. We were slightly disappointed with the comfort of the beds, or lack there of. We didn’t do any excursions because we had our small child, but they offered a lot and when he’s older, we will definitely look more into them!

It was pretty clean liked the kitchen and the easy access to the beach very fun and relaxing vacation can’t wait to come back with family HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We have stayed here before. Great unit with exception of keys stuck in balcony door and exposed electric socket on balcony. Not very safe for our grandchildren.

Very clean unit, looks to have been recently remodeled, location prefect for us. We love the Windy Hill area.
We only had two issues: 1 - Communication between realtor handling the property and maintenance. Unknown to us upon check-in, there was a work order on the unit. We checked in on Saturday. Monday at 12:20pm we are in the kitchen. We hear 3 short knocks on the door. Husband leaves kitchen heading down the hall, meets 2 men. Yes, they are in the unit! The older gentleman changes out a light bulb in the stove, as the younger one, opens our refrigerator and reaches in over our food and does something. I guess the look on my face, when he turns around, was why he gave me in explanation what he was doing. Afterwards not before! Reaching in, over our food! Excuse me! How rude! He needed model of refrigerator. When they left, I called the office about them being there. But, it didn’t end there. On Tuesday morning at around 10am, they show up again. We’re not even up moving around good yet. The door to the unit is right across from one bedroom and right beside one of the other bedrooms. This time our son goes to the door, addresses the guys and doesn’t let them in the unit. I could understand if it was us who put the work order in. I could understand if we had received a call or text before. I could understand if it was something that needed done ASAP. It was parts for a shelf in the refrigerator. This is our vacation. Don’t know about others, but vacation is a laid back, relaxing, no waking to an alarm, kinda days.
2 - Control for AC, I think is a smart device. Something new to us. Never used one. No instructions on it. It was hot in the unit when we got there. Called the office. In less than 5 mins, the temperature was automatically changed. Don’t care for that. Sometimes we were cold & hot at other times.

We had an excellent vacation. Stayed in the same condos that we have stayed in for six years. Love the location. Excellent people, great services at the rental agency we will be back this summer

Booked this unit for a family vacation. It had most of the amenities we needed (there was no elevator) - we were up on the 3rd floor. The RE was great helping us find a comparable unit. The church-in process was quick & easy - staff was extremely friendly! The view was beautiful. Direct access to the beach and a nice size pool as well. The rooms were spacious and the amenities made the stay feel very homie. The minor maintenance issues we had were addressed right away. Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation and had a wonderful stay!!

Condo was clean for the most part but very worn and outdated. Due to weather and the gas shortage we spent more time in the condo than we normally would. The sofa was horrible to sit on. The mauve carpet really needs to be removed and the bed in the master was like sleeping on the floor. Love the building itself, the location and the pool area but for this kind of money, an update to the present is warranted.

This rental was seemless at checkin and checkout. The location was awesome in relation to the beach and shopping. This rental was clean for the most and equipped with basic amenities, however, it is in need of upgrades to bring it to a more modern look. The only problem/issue was the vacuum cleaner was broke when we arrived and the hallway bathroom shower was never “fixed” during our 4 day stay when we were told it would be. I feel like this should of been priority for the owner/mgmt. company to have fixed regardless of time but it was not and we had to deal with semi-cold showers and fast-dripping shower-heads when turned off for 4 days...EXTREMELY ANNOYING AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!

We were so pleased with our rental. It had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay here in the future. Great view of the ocean and watched the sunrise every morning.

Great location and ample room. But kitchen smelled like it had been cleaned by a sour sponge. Especially the dishwasher. Also kitchen was lacking a toaster and other kitchen utensils.

The condo was just as it was described. It was clean and everything was working. The walk to the beach was easy. Kitchen was well stocked which let us to many meals without having to go anywhere. Yes, I would recommend to a friend or relative & would come back.
