Ocean Pointe B5 - 2nd Row - Cherry Grove Section

My family has been coming to NMB for early 40 years. This rental was in our top 5. The condo was clean and spacious. The bedrooms were nice sizes as well. The condo included everything you needed for a week-long stay.

Our vacation rental experience at Ocean Pointe was spectacular! The location was perfect- a quick, safe, and easy walk to the shore. Three rooms and three bathrooms meant less time getting ready for evening fun. We were especially happy with the fully stocked kitchen which made cooking meals easy. And we loved the balcony overlooking the inlet. We were afraid the pictures were too good to be true, but it was just like the pictures.

We had more than enough room for our stay and the unit was well-kept. Direct access to the beach is just across the street. We were unfamiliar with this area, but we were pleasantly surprised.
The agents who checked us in & out were extremely professional.
The only problem we experienced was with . That is in no way a reflection on the management company or their staff. They were accommodating in every way imaginable.
My only advice is to avoid and go directly to the property. You’ll be happier.

Was everything my family needed. Perfect location, able to walk to beach but not so crowded you couldn't enjoy. Out of all the and congestion of MB downtown but only a 30 minute drive if you want to go to the main attractions. Safer area for families with children.

1 block from beach. Swimming pool w outdoor showers. Carpet and couches weren't the nicest and balcony furniture had some rust. Minimal extras for kitchen but just enough for the 6 of us. Nice having Roku in each room. Check in/out was very smooth. Maintainence fixed something same day. Would consider again but recommend some updates.

There were several problems that we had to deal with during our stay:
One decent frying pan and one saucepan in the kitchen
Bathtub that would not drain properly
Commode lid that was in terrible shape
No room for beach chairs in storage closet downstairs
Unit had no decorative pictures, clocks, radios,etc.
However, when we contacted North Beach Realty about the pans and bathroom repairs, they handled everything very promptly.
We probably would not rent this unit again unless updates are made.

The price & the condo were comparable. The location was great with a convenient path to the beach across the street. We were only allowed 2 parking passes but had 3 cars. They said we could park extra cars behind the realty office back out on hwy 17. Since the parking area had only a few cars, we went ahead & parked 3rd car there with a note. During the busy season, I’m sure that wouldn’t be possible. The pots & pans need to be replaced. The condo is old & worn but airy & roomy. When in the elevator, must hit floor 2 to get to floor B. Overall, 5 senior citizen sisters enjoyed our time there & will return.

Our family had the best vacation! We loved the condo and it was in the perfect location being in walking distance to the beach. We had plenty of room for everyone. The staff was amazing and I would recommend them for all your vacation needs!

Nice place great location! The rental office staff was great very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the parking . This place said sleeps 10-12 but you only get 2 parking passes. I even asked for a extra pass and offered to pay for it but was told no because parking was limited . There was 8-10 empty parking spaces everyday and still couldn’t get a extra one. So if you’re taking 10-12 people you better pack them in 2 vehicles or you’ll have to walk from public parking.

Great time. Good location and facility.Outlets in one bedroom did not work. First experience in Cherry Grove and
with North Beach Realty. It was wonderful!

We are of family of 10 and the size of the condo was awesome. We especially loved having 3 full bathrooms. Being right across from the beach was terrific and our 2 little ones loved the pool. It was so quiet and peaceful. The children loved watching the tide go in out of the marsh from the balcony. The condo was decorated very tastefully with a beach theme. The beach was not overcrowded and the point was lovely and peaceful. There were a couple of minor housekeeping issues but reported them and I am sure they will be taken care of. We will definitely stay again and recommend to our family and friends.
