Starting at 7:00 p.m. we will have fireworks right before Santa arrives on the Barefoot Princess on the Waterway, then he'll visit as we get ready to light the big Christmas tree. We will then move to the Lakeview Courtyard where there will be Christmas music, refreshments, live animals from the nativity scene, free carousel rides, entertainers and of course, Santa himself! Bring the whole family and join the holiday fun! Then visit with Santa, wander through the shops and enjoy the decorations and treats.
The Serendipity Singers Holiday Concert is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 18, at Belin United Methodist Church, 4183 Hwy 17 Business, Murrells Inlet. Admission is free. Doors open at 2:00 p.m.
On Thanksgiving Day don’t miss the Surfside Turkey Trot that begins at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, November 22 at the Surfside Beach Pier. There will be a 10K, 5K or 1-mile race. There is also a free Tot Trot Race for children in attendance. Come out and join the race or come out and cheer on the participants.
